The Role:
The Senior C&P Adviser will be working in the FPSO team for a leading Oil & Gas project, overseeing tender preparation, tender evaluation/award through to post award management.
There are two positions available one to start ASAP and one in January 2020 on a 24 month contract basis based in the Perth CBD office.
Key responsibilities may include but may not be not limited to:
Tender Preparation
-Coordinate input of legal, tax and insurance requirement into EPpm generated contracting plans
-Review, comment and endorse EPpm generated Contracting Plans prior to Company and JV approvals. Responsible for coordinating all approvals
-Provide coordination of Legals, tax and insurance requirements into tender packages
Tender Evaluation and Award
-Review, and lead negotiation regarding tenderers legal, tax and insurance (general conditions) clarifications
-Ensure alignment of company's negotiated general condition with EPpm commercial and technical clarifications and recommendations
Post Award Management
-Co-ordinate contract award process between company's SAP Purchase Order release and EPpm IPMS system update to ensure an efficient post award kick off process
-Co-ordinate engagement and alignment of company's post award team (package engineers and QA/QC surveillance teams) to meet business deadlines.
-Administration of CLMS for Tender and Contract process
-Oversight to ensure EPpm discharges its scope of work in accordance with the approved Work instruction and Company Contracts and Procurement Procedure

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Holds an accredited tertiary qualification
Masters of Charted Institute of Purchasing & Supply (MCIPS) would be highly regarded but not essential
Experience working on FPSO contracts for an Owner/Operator or other major company in the O&G sector would be ideal
Essential experience with Pre-award and Post-award contract management systems
Strong stakeholder management
Experience with SAP
