About the Role:
Positions are in support of the Floating Production Unit (FPU) EPC contract and will report to FPU C&P Manager. As the work centres transition through engineering, detailed design, procurement and construction the roles will be required to move geographically with the rest of the Company/Contractor teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Coordination with Cost Control/QS and planners on commercial negotiation of claims, progress payments and contract valuation
* Leading commercial discussions/negotiations
* Administration of contract amendments and variations
* Advisor to Company Rep/Delegated Co. Rep/Construction Mgr etc in matters of contract management and commercial communications
* Assurance of change control process - ensuring contractor directions are appropriate, i.e. no variations for existing obligations, no unintended waivers
* Other contract admin including running the in country service provider contract, and all other ad-hoc in country contracts & POs
* Oversight of all site instructions/directions for contract compliance/potential VO/claim mitigation etc
* Oversight/administration of the Purchase 2 Pay process incl. MSRs, REQs, POs, Goods Receipt, Service Entries
* Maintenance of e.g. variation and invoice registers
* Coordination with finance and cost control including cost forecast and SAP work
* Vendor Site attendance process incl insurances and indemnities
* Warranty claims against vendors

Skills & Experience:
* Provide C&P Support to WEL Engineering Manager and The Hague site team.
* Provide C&P oversite of procurement activity undertaken by EPC Contractor.
* Able to work largely independently whilst receiving guidance from FPU C&P Manager, as needed.
* Must be fully conversant with contract management systems with proven experience in managing major mixed reimbursable (lump sum + BOAQ) EPC model construction contracts.
* Must be fully conversant with purchasing management systems and possess strong knowledge in supply chain management, buying, logistics and business administration.
* Able to liaise and provide an appropriate level of advice to technical personnel.

Additional Information: Will be required to relocate with the project to Malaysia circa Q1, 2021.
