The Role:
Package Manager

Key Responsibilities
Overall, you are the one managing all activities of the EPC Facilities Package from the tender phase through to load out and handover of facilities. Among your tasks, you are expected to identify the required personnel to be mobilized, call for tender, detail design, fabrication and preparation for installation and load out in accordance with the defined Project budget and schedule. Furthermore, you will be a role model for HSE and QA/QC behavior as well as implement all such according to the Project requirements.

Your areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
* Be responsible for the Project Facilities EPC package project reporting and communication.
* Define the responsibilities at EPC Facilities Package battery limits with other packages of the Project.
* Assist the Project Manager in the organization, management, and control of the Project requirements.
* Monitor and manage the work performed by the contractor, identify any deviation in cost and schedule and make proposals for corresponding corrective actions.
* Promote innovative and cost-effective solutions.
* Organize and manage the EPC Facilities Package technical and quality reviews.
* Monitor and understand possible impacts to the Pipelines and umbilical scope as well as possible impacts to the brownfield integration scope.
* Engage in presentations to stakeholders and in 3rd part verification and authority approval processes.

Moreover, this position calls for the ability to comply and make all parties involved with the Facilities EPC package and comply with HSE and Quality Project objectives. This with a large spectrum of skills and competencies as well as multi discipline understanding. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential in combining a holistic business view with concrete initiatives. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.

Your background
* Seasoned experience within large project management.
* Experience in supervision/management of personnel.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Proficiency in oral and written English.
