The Role:
Proposal Generation - Marine & Ports (Electrical)

*Track all customers RFQ through SharePoint and Salesforce
* Maintain customers & LBU commercial contract database.
* Coordinate both internal & external supplier quotations and maintain revisions.
* Preparation of commercial proposals and all cost models
* Managing all communication with (internal & external) customers (enquiries, order acknowledgements etc.)
* Maintain Salesforce for customer contact and proposal status
* Liaise with internal & external customers for proposals deadline dates and formal submission to customers.
*Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
* Coordinate project delivery
* Generate weekly Sales reports and distribute to Team members
* Ensure ethical behaviour in line with code of conduct.
* Maintain Electronic Document Management System
* Generate reports as required by management
