The Role:
Our client is looking for a Field Service Coordinator / Administrator to join their department

Duties -

To participate in a team actively supporting the field based engineers, scheduling of service visits and processing of field service reports.
Managing both contract and ad hoc customers needs
Managing engineers schedules
The position includes the operation of a Service Management System which is used to record and maintain service contracts including invoice schedules.
Preparation of service contracts for approval by the Business Managers and then issue and follow up on proposals

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience of a service type environment
Previous experience in the use of a Service Management System would be an advantage
Strong administration skills
Working as part of a team
Good IT skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Sap desirable but not essential
