The 2 x 50 MW CFB power station located in Kampenh, Preah Sihanouk, Cambodia situated 30 minutes from Sihanoukville. The plant has been in operation since December 2013 and the personnel would be working for the Owner.
It is expected that the interview take place during October2016, with the new staff mobilising to site during November 2016.

Reporting to: General Manager/Plant Manager
Purpose of the Job: Responsible to supervise and coordinate the activities of shift workers engaged in operating and controlling the power station.
Responsible for being the Shiftsman on site after hours, taking full responsibility for the whole plant.
Issues PTWs and supervise equipment isolation and lock-out.
Supervise and coordinate the operation on shift of the power station.
Plan, organize and direct workforce to meet production goals.
Investigate and attempt to solve problems that impact on quality and downtime and ensure that unresolved problems are brought to management’s attention.
Monitor plant performance and ensure equipment is operated in compliance with the operating standards and procedures.
Conduct regular plant inspections and review the operators’ inspection records.
Coordinate maintenance activities with the Maintenance Superintendents.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 10-12 years experience of Coal/CFB/Thermal Fired Power Plants operations experience, of which at least 5 years in an equivalent position.
Extensive knowledge of turbine, boiler and electrical equipment operating procedures, codes and standards.
Extensive knowledge of HV electrical switching and safety procedures.
Extensive overall knowledge of power plant operations.
Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS products (Word and Excel).
