The Role:
General support to Supply Chain Manager, Contracts & Purchasing Manager, Logistics & Materials Manager and their respective teams of personnel
* Collation of weekly reports on an ad hoc basis
* Arrange Medicals, BOSIET, Offsite Teambuilding Activities etc
* Arrange travel and accommodation as required
* Organise meeting rooms and any supporting requirements
* Manage Team vacation and illness forms and spreadsheet
* Recording meeting minutes - as required
* Organise catering, work wear and stationary
* Assist with collation and coordination of the team's time writing requirements
* Coordination of hard copy invoices
* Raising SAP Purchase and service requisitions
* Input of SAP invoices
* Provide support to Supply Chain Analyst
* Drafting Personnel Requisitions, updating Non-Employee System, and running reports on agency personnel as and when required
* Prepare all paperwork for New Starts organising Computer Equipment / Telephone, Security Pass, Folder Access

* Secretarial / business qualification

* Experience in or a desire to develop learning and skills with SAP System
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Relevant Higher education, HNC, HND, Diploma or degree (Law, QS, Business Studies or similar)
