Major Oil & Gas Operator

The Role:
Assignment Description:
- Responsible to implement Project Quality Plan in assigned scope of work
- Monitor construction activities & ensure compliance with approved processes & procedures
- Plan & coordinate inspection activities for discipline inspectors at site & reports to the Site Manager of Quality Surveillance issues, status & metrics
- Implement the Construction Surveillance Program according to the approved Surveillance Plan
- 20+ years of experience in quality assurance / control of field construction and completion activities. Past Site Quality Coordinator Owner / Operator experience on major capital project.

Level III: Provides services essential to daily operations outside of the process areas and has no impact on safety and minimal impact on the health / safety of the individual / others. If contractor personnel need to visit a process area, they must be accompanied at all times by personnel or a Safety Level 1 or 2 contractor, however janitorial workers working in unit control rooms and mechanical shops will not require or Safety Level 1 or 2 contractor escorts to perform their duties in a process area. Examples include: clerical workers, consultants, technical advisors, desktop support, office machinery / small appliance / vending machine repair, cafeteria workers janitorial workers, etc.

- BS or Associate degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
- Formal technical, quality assurance & auditor / assessor training is preferred
- Min of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Control related to inspection of procured materials & equipment for Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical Industry
- Min of 5 years of experience associated with Quality Management & coordination of quality activities
- Worldwide experience with Contractors and Suppliers involved in production facilities projects
- Experience working in client role on major production facilities projects is preferred
- Extensive knowledge, skill & experience in construction activities
- Must be proficient in common PC software (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
- Read, write & speak fluent English with strong management, leadership & communication skills
