The Role:
Transactional Flow & Data is primarily focused on using lean principles and integration to eliminate waste and efficiently flow material and information up and down the materials supply chain. This role delivers value to internal customers by providing a service orientated interface and materials management strategies that support Upstream Business that deliver an effective and efficient Upstream physical supply chain.

* Lead & deliver greater 'Transactional Efficiency' globally by engaging, coaching and delivering effective pricebooks globally, whilst building sustained understanding across the organisation.
* Enable efficient & effective system automation to drive improved performance, reduced risk, and increased value delivery.
* Support development of comprehensive training and coaching, covering both commercial & systematic understanding
* Implement intuitive digital tools to support transactional flow
* Support expansion of Auto PO Touchless program from regional to global scope.
* Adopt lean principles to drive continuous improvement in the physical supply chain by focusing on clear customer value, improving the quality of demand signals, creating flow and eliminating waste.
* Collaborate with PSCM and Operations stakeholders in order to continually improve material and service delivery to the regions.
* Implement and utilise Celonis process mining in support of MM, WM, P2P, and FI improvements to further enhance the value delivery

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* 5+ years contracting/category experience at Senior/Lead level in a business that includes multiple stakeholders and requires cross-discipline engagement and cooperation
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Depth in contracting experience, specifically materials contracts.
* Depth in SAP & other ERP systems (across all aspects; planning to invoice payment)
* Track record of effective programme management and delivery
* Strong written and communication skills required to effectively deliver against accountabilities
* Stakeholder management skills, both internal & external
