The Company:
Our client a UK based refining and marketing company, have interests in a number of facilities in the United Kingdom, employing around 1000 people throughout the UK and over 33000 worldwide. They have had their presence on Teesside for over 30 years, processing and storing crude oil ready for shipment along with being an established supplier of bulk fuels, including LPG, to the commercial, aviation and marine industries.

The Role:
Responsible for the planning of multidiscipline maintenance / project work on the Teesside Site. Primary responsibility for Instrument planning.

Key Responsibilities
Planning and Scheduling of Multi-Discipline Maintenance / Project Activities
* Visit job locations at the planning stage with the relevant stakeholders including operations co-ordination.
* Produce multi trade job cards / SAP operation steps (resources/durations/materials etc.) with task sequence, lags and logic. (Instrument/electrical bias preferable)
* Undertake some scheduling of tasks in SAP/GWOS.
* Update work order and operation step statuses in SAP.
* Identify and order relevant trade materials (Stores requisitions).
* Liaise with TA's/Field specialists to facilitate the raising of purchase requisitions for ad-hoc materials.
* Initiate Permit requests for site work.
* Update job cards / task lists from trade feedback.
* Update PM01 Task lists.
* Provide holiday cover for other maintenance planners and schedulers as required.
* Liaise with 3rd Part contractors

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Approved apprenticeship / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent - Essential (instrument preferred)
* Maintenance experience in the oil and gas industry or other regulated industry - Essential
* Strong understanding of activity scheduling, planning and site working standards - Essential
* Minimum City & Guilds/ ONC certificate in Instrument discipline or equivalent - Desirable
* Knowledge of DSEAR and ATEX legislation - Essential
* Hold a Full UK driving licence and to drive company vehicles where appropriate - Essential

* Experience of scheduling in Primavera / Prometheus GWOS or similar - Desirable
* Familiarity with SAP - Desirable
* Familiarity with CDM Regulations. - Desirable
