The Role:
Purpose: - Responsible in providing administrative support to the shutdown team.
Core Responsibilities include: -

* Maintaining the Shutdown control register
* Transferring information from job cards to control register and keeping up to date with changes
* Setting up and maintaining hyperlinks to other documents, (e.g. individual job cards, pressure test procedures, lift plans, Ops procedures, etc.)
* Support and chase up details associated with change forms, MOC's and S-curves
* Maintain the folder structure associated with change forms and ensure information is accurate and complete
* Ensure control register is aligned to change form structure
* Maintain action log and highlight due dates approaching to owner
* Organise on-site and off-site meetings
* Produce progress reports and plot plans
* Produce and distribute minutes from key meetings and update action log accordingly
* Attend meetings and liaise with the various departments (Operations - Maintenance - Asset Integrity and Projects)
* Abide to site policies and procedures

Level of Proficiency

* Document and Administration Experience - Essential
* Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills - Essential
* Ability to use Microsoft Packages - Essential
* Good Reporting, communication and workload management - Essential
* Hold a Full UK Driving Licence - Essential
* Experience with SAP - Not Essential

The Company:
Our client a UK based refining and marketing company, have interests in a number of facilities in the United Kingdom, employing around 1000 people throughout the UK and over 33000 worldwide. They have had their presence on Teesside for over 30 years, processing and storing crude oil ready for shipment along with being an established supplier of bulk fuels, including LPG, to the commercial, aviation and marine industries.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications / Experience:

* Experience in Oil & Gas industry or in a similar role
* Experience using MS Office package
* Ability to effectively prioritise workload
* Proficient as a team player with excellent communication skills, but also able to work on own initiative
