The Role:

The Technical Co-ordinator Whole Vehicle Quality proves Technical Administrative support across the internal functions of the Whole Vehicle Quality Team

Project Team Support
- Responsible for updating weekly mileage plans and Project Board displays as instructed by Project managers
- Responsible for raising and progress chasing purchase orders as instructed by project manager
- Responsible for actioning invoice payments
- Responsible for co-ordinating the inputs relating to Engineering change notification
- Responsible for preparing project budget documentation as instructed by Project manager
- Responsible for translating German based documents to English as required by Project Manager

Operational support
- Responsible for acting as a central point of contact for external vehicle test station operations based worldwide
- Responsible for inputting and extracting data from Quality operational systems as well as co-ordinating system improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and agreeing changes with the system owners (System super user)

Whole Vehicle Events
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation for KAF/MAF events as directed by the Operations Manager

Responsible for supporting the Analysis team with the following activities:
- Inputting data into VDS / Alpos
- Translating concerns raised by the German based testing stations into English
- Organising & supporting FAP / Fehlerrunde meetings
- Preparation of analysis status reports
- Tracking the progress of concerns & special test requests (SOPROS ) raised at the testing stations

- Responsible for supporting general activities as directed
- Organising travel for team based drive events
- Co-ordinating & Ordering stationary for the team
- Preparing Capex documentation as directed by the Operations Manager
- Managing bookings for the GQQ/W room & Video conference facilities in Outlookbudgets
- Preparing Capex documentation

* Good Communication skills written and verbal
* Good data analysis skills
* Demonstrable team working skills
* German language skills to minimum CEFR Level A2 desired


* Basic understanding of Motor Vehicle and Systems function
* Basic understanding of Motor Vehicle assembly


* GSCE in Maths, English & Science minimum
* Higher technical qualification in a technical/scientific desired
* German language to GCSE / CEFR Level A2 desired
