The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Provide a professional, efficient and intergrated support service for the HR team including provision of first level information, advice and guidance to Managers and Colleagues covering both HR Operations and Global Assignment topics

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administration and coordination of all activities associated with employee life cycle
  • To be first point of contact for the HR team
  • Develop effective relationships with managers to ensure timely receipt of HR documentation.
  • Coordinate adhoc information requests from customer areas
  • Maintain the highest standards of organisation within our Colleagues dossier files and to keep filing maintained
  • Ensure the SAP system is maintained on a very regular basis
  • To work in collaboration with payroll to ensure all information is correct
  • Maintenance of accurate and up to date records
  • Create and develop HR statistics on a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis as required
  • Assistance in the day to day operational activity regarding global employees, including support in expatriating and repatriating employees
  • Management of on going administration associated with global assignments
  • Coordination of cost management activities
  • Liaise with external payroll provider on renumeration matters of global employees
  • Coordination of arrangement of recruitment assessments and feedback sessions
  • Responsible for conducting exit interviews
  • Coordination of absence management in customer areas
  • Involvement in investigations and disciplinaries up to verbal warning level.
  • Involvement in continuous improvement activities within HR

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstable experience within fast paced administration/ coordination roles
  • Effective communication, organisation and planning skills
  • Postive and active team player
  • High level of literacy and numeracy
  • SAP HR is essential
