The Role:
Main Goal & Objectives:
Provide efficient and integrated project coordination and support to HR for job evaluation and grading, SAP upgrades, Success Factors projects, organisation analysis. Support annual pay, bonus and grade progression cycle.

Main Responsibilities:
Job Evaluation Coordination
* Liaise with HR Operations to ensure profiles are graded in a timely manner and report grading outcomes
* Schedule panels and liaise with functional evaluators to ensure attendance and support
* Create and maintain grading rationales/records
* Coordinate Job Evaluation queries

Organisation and Reward Analysis
* Support data preparation for pay, bonus and grade progression cycles
* Support benchmarking activities
* Audit and maintain grading data in SAP
* Assist HR Controlling Manager with organisation reporting
* Coordinate and support implementation of position authorisation process
* Support team with coordination of organisation restructures

HR Systems Improvements & Projects
* Responsible for SAP upgrade work incl. working with IT to implement new fields and upload of data
* Maintain high standards of data accuracy for colleague data in line with Company and legislative requirements by conducting audits and working in collaboration with HR Operations/HR Controlling Manager
* Support team delivery of Success Factors implementation projects e.g. coordination of workshops and supporting data preparation
* Support administration of org publisher software e.g. access requests, answer queries, troubleshooting

Coordination of Strategic Business Projects
* Liaise with functional areas to support delivery of strategic business projects incl. advising requirements/guidelines, support data gathering, collating information and supporting creation of board presentations

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience within fast paced administration/coordination roles
- Effective communication, organisational and planning skills with the ability to influence and assert where appropriate
- Strong IT skills in particular SAP, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Experience of Success Factors would be beneficial
- Advanced Excel skills required for tracking, monitoring and reporting
- Demonstrable high level of literacy and numeracy
- Positive & active team player
- Pro-active, uses initiative. Self-starter
- High level of attention to detail
