The Role:
The role is required to focus on all aspects of vehicle legislation.

Experience in sourcing, reviewing, summarising, briefing and implementing legislation is required.

In this role you will be expected to:

* Provide understanding of all relevant worldwide Regulations and their impact to products, both current and future. (Experience is either US, EC or Chinese legislation is desirable as this can be built on if knowledge of other markets isn't as strong.)
* Support within the local department as necessary to ensure any tests, reports or documents meet regulatory requirements and standards.
* Liaise within Group companies and with external agencies, as necessary to secure Type Approval and Certification.
* Advise the Engineering department (and other departments as appropriate) of all regulatory requirements.
* Identify and report issues or risks recommend and take remedial action.
