The Role:
Lead the development, implementation and running of Luxury Mobility Services for the client.
Lead the timely introduction and running of Services within specific markets, maximising revenues, profits and customer satisfaction.
Collaborates closely with Market Regions, Central Sales & Marketing Functions, Finance, IT, Engineering, Smart Mobility Product-line other Group brands and external Partners and Suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of Luxury Mobility Services;
a. Lead the conceptualization of commercial services on a global basis
b. Develop compelling customer journeys for target customers for services that will maximize commercial opportunities on a global basis
c. Develop robust profit streams for services and lead their approval within the business model, securing market based development, implementation and running budgets as appropriate
d. Scout for and identify potential partners and suppliers for the development, implementation and running of services within specific markets and work with Purchase on their nomination, quality standards and performance management
e. Liaise and work with the client Hothouse, Smart Mobility Product-line and the Sports Luxury Brand Group in the development of the client Luxury Services portfolio
f. Liaise and work with Brand Communications on the integration of services within the client Network App / Portal and Contact Centres

2. Establish Luxury Mobility Service Pilots within lead markets
a. Responsible for a lead market for the prototyping and piloting of service concepts with target customers
b. Develop, organise, deliver and monitor service pilots within a lead market
c. Scout for, identify, and source service partners and suppliers to deliver prototypes and pilots within the lead market
d. Liaise and work with regional teams to deliver service pilots
e. Validate service concept assumptions including the customer journey, IT systems, partners, suppliers, Contact Centre, payment systems and business-cases
f. Ensure lessons from prototypes and pilots are integrated into the maturation of the service concept and launch planning both within the lead market and globally

3. Lead the launch of Luxury Mobility Services
a. Develop the launch plan for service concepts both within the lead market and globally, including start-up, training, communications and commercial aspects
b. Liaise and work with client Brand Communications, PR, IT, Finance, regions, partners, suppliers and Contact Centres on the timely and successful launch of services
c. Identify, monitor and report launch KPI's

4. Lead the running of Luxury Mobility Services within the region
a. Lead the expansion of the service within the lead market and liaise with other regions on global roll-out
b. Optimise the operational running of services within the market to ensure maximised customer satisfaction, market share and business profits
c. Develop the lifecycle of service to ensure it complements the evolution of the client Luxury Mobility Service portfolio
d. Ensure that local service partners and suppliers deliver to the required clients service quality standards

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience of developing and delivering mobility / connected car services
* Strong project management skills
* Strong demonstrable commercial and sales & marketing experience
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills with rigorous attention to detail
* Appreciation of digital solutions related to service products
* Ability to communicate and influence effectively with regional teams and central functions
* Able to present sometimes complex information at Board level
* Ability to engage, motivate and coach others to deliver when not direct reports

* Experienced in creative processes (eg: Design Thinking)
* High degree of knowledge relating to service products
* High degree of financial acumen
* Knowledge and experience in the automotive sector including regional sales & marketing
* Knowledge of the management of commercial contracts with partners and suppliers
* Knowledge and experience of Project Management tools
