The Role:
Support the Marketing Communications Manager by managing the production of marketing materials to be used worldwide, as required by the client Marketing Strategy and Contact Plan and in line with the client Brand language. Delivering high quality marketing communications on time and on budget.

This role requires close collaboration with key customer stakeholders including Marketing Strategy, Product Category Managers, Engineering, Regional Marketing teams, PR teams, Aftersales.

Main Responsibilities;
1. Project planning
a. Support development of communication plans
b. Seek efficiencies and consistency across all channels and campaigns
c. Manage complex processes including digital brochure productions, translation and print processes between agencies and Regional teams; and involvement when possible in film and photography projects.

2. Briefings and external agency management
a. Direct and lead agencies to develop production plans for all material productions
b. Write project briefs for agencies using Platform documents
c. On-going management of agencies as work is develop and production is implemented

3. Internal stakeholder collaboration and approvals
a. Working with Product team to develop appropriate communications
b. Developing personal relationships with Digital team, Styling Studio, Engineering, Press and Special, Colour and Trim, Aftersales, Pre-Owned, Training and Public Relations etc
c. Working closely with Regional teams to deliver best in class materials.
d. Providing expert advice and opinion to the other asset producers across the business including PR, Mulliner, Aftersales, Events, Branded Goods and Regional teams

4. Marketing materials production and implementation
a. On time management of collateral materials including digital brochures, the printed client Magazine, collaboration with the client Network (digital customer interface), as well as assisting with direct mail pieces, dealer product and training materials when required.

5. Supplier and budget management incl. liaison with Procurement dept
a. Agency/supplier management to meet the plan, the budget and expectations of the internal customer
b. Collaboration with Purchasing and client Finance processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrating the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects with fast-paced deadlines.
* Ability to build relationships with both key internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
* A demonstrable level of experience within luxury goods marketing or automotive marketing.
* Confident user of all key Microsoft Office programmes
* Excellent written English with a creative ability related to design layouts, photography and film
* Good editing skills to finalise printed materials
* Strong attention to detail
* Must be able to demonstrate enthusiastic and flexible approach to working practices
* Able to work unsupervised and make informed decisions
* Competent budget administration
* Strong communication skills (visual, oral, and written presentations)
* Independent decision making, reasoning, and problem-solving skills


PRACTICAL & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
* A good understanding of complex project management is required.
* Excellent people skil
