The Role

Please note, this vacancy is part time, with anticipated hours of Monday - Wednesday : 07:30 - 16:00 (with 30mins unpaid lunch break).

Our client requires an experienced Project Administrator to support with the delivery of the following support;

Project Delivery;

1. Establish detailed timing plans with Electrical launch and key customers:
- Series re-flash activity planned and communicated to enable secured resource to meet product shipping requirements
2. Monitor and report through ELT and functional timing reviews:
- Key areas defined to support flash
3. Support project progress through identification of critical path actions with follow-up actions
to ensure actions are met in a timely manner:
- Develop process for creating flash plan using project, engineering data

Project support;

1. Support team meetings through itemized agenda and minute management, follow-up actions with responsible parties
2. Deputize for the Electrical Launch Leader as required
3. Develop actions with key stakeholders to assist with resolution of critical issues
4. Support management to drive the projects through the Bentley Gateway milestones

Project meeting;

1. Plan and then support and manage actions with Electrical/ Engineering/Logistics/ to ensure readiness complete for VFF / PVS / OS build
2. Plan and allocate project tasks to meet gateways and Pre SOP series build requirements
3. Plan and support generation of PowerPoint presentations for all board level/senior management weekly/monthly meetings
4. Deputize for the Electrical Launch Leader as required
5. Facilitate and support Cross functional flash meetings as necessary
