The Role:
To provide a high quality sales support, advice and problem resolution to the Bentley dealer network and regional teams in all matters regarding ordering, availability, timing and delivery of new vehicles to support the delivery of the company volume targets

Scope of the Role:
1. Order Management
a) Liaison with dealers and regional teams to ensure orders are created and received within the order entry system in line with company requirements and within set timescales to support manufacturing plan
b) Track accepted orders and liaise with Logistics to ensure that delivery dates are achieved
c) Proactively advise Regional team and dealers of changes to order timing and support developing and delivering a recovery plan
d) Manage priority orders as required with the scheduling team to ensure customer requirements are met, communicate any changes to dealers

2. Dealer Liaison
a) The first point of contact for dealers on all order & delivery enquiries
b) Responsible for coordinating and delivering a timely response to all dealer enquiries including a proposed problem resolution, where applicable

3. Logistics
a) Advise Logistics and Purchase of any specific vehicle shipping requirements , priorities and air freights to support the delivery of wholesale and retail sales

4. Order Specification
a) Communicate with dealers on order status and manage order specification change requests with Logistics and Configuration Team.
b) Advice dealers on feature content and Influence dealers to increase feature content to support achievement of Options targets

5. Bespoke Vehicles
a) Coordinate bespoke enquiries from dealers, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood
b) Communicate request to bespoke vehicles team
c) Interface with bespoke vehicles team on delivery of bespoke feature in line with customer requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills and Experience
* Demonstrable experience of working in a high quality customer facing sales environment and process
* Experience and understanding of sales operations process within a manufacturing environment
* Ability to communicate complex information
* Ability to handle potentially confrontational situations to deliver an optimum resolution
* Ability to handle multiple tasks with potentially conflicting priorities

Practical & Technical Knowledge:
* SAP, BOOM (or similar system) and Excel system knowledge and experience
* Automotive product knowledge
* A desire to deliver a top quality customer service

Qualifications:
* Minimum A-Level or equivalent
* Further qualifications desirable
