The Role:
Main Goals & Objectives:
This profile covers two roles in the Electrical / Electronic System team which are customer critical therefore being able to directly influence Customer Satisfaction and Warranty/Goodwill cost and incidence. The role holders will be the technical experts on one or more client vehicle platforms (legacy and/or current as defined by business requirements) and will require specific Electrical technical expertise and experience (Harnesses, Interactive Electronics, Body Electronics, Powertrain Electronics) gained through a Vehicle Engineering background in Electrical/Electronic systems. The role holders will be responsible for supporting global performance targets for vehicle fault resolution on Electrical related dealer technical concerns through direct intervention and/or soliciting support from Electrical Engineering via an established SLA.

Role 1 specific attributes: this role holder will be responsible for Aftersales' Field Quality interface, for field campaign requests, for the Priority Customer Concern (PCC) process analysis relative to vehicle Electrics and must work in conjunction with the Technical Academy team to identify key Technician competence improvement priorities for vehicle electrics/electronics.

Role 2 specific attributes: this role holder will be responsible for guiding a team ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of Whole Vehicle Electrical Systems Workshop Information for electrical components & control modules to all worldwide markets (supporting approximately 220 Retailers).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in an Electrical Engineering position.
* Communication skills across all business levels.
* Basic budget tracking and control.
* Customer relations experience preferable.
* Significant experience of timely, accurate diagnosis & logical problem solving methodologies.
* Experience of working to challenging targets and tight deadlines under pressure.
* Customer service orientated ethos and a proven track record of excellent customer satisfaction.
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deadlines.

Practical & Technical Knowledge:
* Computer literate with a demonstrable level of experience of data input and retrieval from computer software and systems including Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access / SAP systems.
* Knowledge of the Automotive industry, Bentley Product and Dealer practices.
* Competent usage of vehicle diagnostic equipment including data interpretation.
