The Role:
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

GDPR
GDPR - Work with Data Protection Officer (DPO) to define training requirements within agreed budgets including refresher training requirements
Working with identified groups for training, source/develop training aligned to GDPR
Work with Skills Co-ordinator to identify/reporting landscape for GDPR training

Compliance
Working with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) identify training needs aligned to compliance including developing a calendar of delivery, agreeing audience for roll out, reporting, managing against and identifying budget needs
Source training via Group, external provider or utilising skills/knowledge to develop internally
Working with GRC and functions develop roll out plan for training
Work with GRC and Skills Co-ordinator develop reporting mechanisms for compliance training
Compliance Training Development/Delivery

E-learning landscape development
Working with Skills team manage the identification and development of an E-learning landscape for next 12-24 months including Tech Compliance, compliance, skills and Future Talent including project start/milestones/delivery/roll out and reporting
Benchmark appropriate partners for delivery within agreed budget
Identify opportunities to develop e-learning internally where appropriate and develop such E-learning

LMS Implementation
Working with IT/HR and Skills team lead the implementation of Successfactors LMS from a skills perspective, gathering key requirements and project managing implementation

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Project Management Skills preferably using agile methodology
* Knowledge of Compliance topics or experience of managing/implementing compliance training
* Experience of managing an E-Learning/systems implementation project
* Commercially astute
* Ability to manage a varied and high workload
* Ability to collaborate, influence and achieve results at all levels in the business
