The Role:
Main Objectives

* Provide full Module Leader support within a BIW Product Line organisation
* Responsible specifically for the expedition of BIW project information and data and its collation & reporting
* Responsible for driving project progress through module and functional reviews
* Preparing BIW project material for Pilot Hall / LA-Anluaf / Product day / Deep Dive and other Key reporting forums

Responsibilities

Project Delivery

* Prioritisation of the BIW Module delivery objectives including "Cost / Quality & Timing" with cross functional agreement.
* Track, report and support the expedition of functional KPi's
* Drive forward the BIW project through identification of critical path issues
* Follow-up and resolve critical path issues with necessary actions and cross functional agreement,

Project Support

* Facilitate team meetings - agenda and minute management, follow-up actions with responsible parties, deputise for the Module Leader
* Develop actions with key managers and representatives to assist with the resolution of critical issues project across the company and resolve issues
* Support Product Line Manager / Project Manager if necessary to drive the BIW project through gateways and achieve project milestones

Pilot Hall Activity

* Plan and allocate BIW project tasks to meet gateways and Pre SOP series build requirements
* Plan then support and manage actions with functions, modules and suppliers to ensure BIW DMU / Meisterbuck / VFF / PVS / OS build is achieved and consolidate learnings

Module Support

* Support the BIW Module Leaders with project deliverables through module meetings and S Team support


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Demonstrable experience in vehicle project management
Proven experience of project planning and delivery in Programme Technical Role or Programme Management Role within an OEM
Good communication skills
Confidence and ability to work within a cross functional team and independently
German speaker


PRACTICAL & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Extensive knowledge of:

a) All associated systems and processes linked to product development
b) Well developed excel and powerpoint skills
