The Role:
Key Role Requirements:

Manage test vehicle fleet for Chassis Dynamics department, specifically;
* Manage overall plan for departments test activities
* Ensure that test vehicles are of the correct/relevant hardware and software level for Vehicle Dynamics, ESC and ADAS development work internally and at suppliers.
* Organise repair and maintenance of test vehicles
* Organise test logistics (vehicle and parts shipping, proving grounds requirements etc.)
* Parts procurement and shipping to support testing
* Supports build issues in production
* Ensure instrumentation / special tool calibration is up to date where necessary

Main Skills:

* Good planning and organisation skills
* Good inter personal skills (will be a central point working across department functions)
* Self-starter with strong motivation, able to work on own initiative when required.
* Knowledge of vehicle chassis systems and electronic vehicle diagnostics would be a distinct advantage
* Full, clean driving licence
* Flexible attitude to working hours and travel, the role will require frequent work outside normal hours and some overseas travel.
