The Role:
Main Goals & Objectives:
Working cross functionally with the necessary Bentley Functions, the role will identify, develop and implement Warranty "Cost of Repair" saving initiatives in line with the clients Improvement Project Deliverables. The scope of cost saving initiatives covers optimising dealer repair procedures & times, depth of repair, dealer diagnostic tools & methods, implementing product acceptance standards, warranty processing controls and parts pricing.

Main Responsibility:
1.Analysing of warranty data to understand key "cost of repair" drivers and identify opportunities for reductions.

2.Working with experts across the business and suppliers, identify, evaluate and select the most beneficial cost reduction measures.

3.Implementation of cost reduction measures with business functions and suppliers, including authoring of dealer repair procedures, in line with Bentley standards and processes to ensure improvement targets are met.

4.Continuously developing the process for identifying and implementing improvement measures to reduce warranty "cost of Repair". Implement KPI's to track progress and demonstrate delivery to targets and facilitate escalation meetings to achieve decisions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills & Experience

* High level of personal organisation with ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks
* Positive and self-motivated team player
* Willingness to be flexible to meet frequently changing priorities and to work additional hours if required.
* Ability to liaise with external suppliers.
* Demonstrable decision making skills based on data and facts
* Excellent coordinating, organising skills with the ability to facilitate the work of others
* Ability to liaise up to management level within the organisation
* Ability to produce clear, concise and unambiguous written instructions in English.
* Experience of producing written information for external publication would be preferable.
* Good communication skills to all levels of business
