The Role:
To provide full time administrative support to the HR Business Partner - Projects, the role will have regular liaison directly with the business and work closely with other members of the HR Team.

· Manage all project data in a pro-active, logical and organised manner.
· Set up, manage, update and maintain project plans, trackers and supporting documentation.
· Responsible for regular and detailed data analysis and presenting data in line with business needs.
· Support the arrangement and set up of meeting rooms.
· Minute taking and general administration as required.

The Company:
Our Client is an O&G exploration and production company based in Aberdeen who operate in the North Sea. They have interests in a large number of fields, the majority of which they operate, on the UK Continental Shelf with numerous offshore installations and one onshore terminal.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
· An expert in the use of Excel spreadsheets and Word
· Experienced in the preparation of Powerpoint presentations
· Experience of working in an HR environment essential and preferably in a business facing role.
· Projects experience preferable and used to working in a confidential environment
