We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for our friendly family run business in the Singleton area NSW. Our client is seeking a skilled, experienced and safety minded individual with a high attention to detail.

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Spelling and data entry accuracy
  • Experience in MYOB (desirable)
  • Administration experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with receipting inward goods
  • Experience in processing purchase orders and invoicing
  • MS Office Exposure

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Wide range of daily administrative roles and sales responsibilities.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers via email, telephone and reception.
  • Experience with receipting inwards goods, creation of purchase orders, sales orders and jobs, telephone enquiries and Microsoft Office Suite desirable.
