One Key Resources are currently recruiting for experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics in Maules Creek for our client a mining services provider.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Heavy Diesel Mechanic role will provide the opportunity to work with an experienced team of qualified trades people as well as the following:
- Ongoing maintenance and service of Mining Equipment and Machines;
- Ensuring all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with Company guidelines and within cost targets;
- Providing support to the rental fleet as required;Maules creek
- Working with customers to meet company objectives; and

We are looking for:
- A strong commitment to safety;
- Relevant nationally recognised trade qualification with significant post-trade experience with heavy earth moving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi
- Strong analytical skills with and solutions focus
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team; and
- 3+ years Mining experience as a Diesel Mechanic
Role requirements:
Mining experience as a Diesel Fitter having worked on some or all of the following:
- Trucks - CAT 777, 789, 797
- Dozers - D10, D11
- Excavators
- Graders
- Brands such as CAT, Liebherr, Hitachi & Komatsu
The qualifications/certificates required include:
- Trade Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Coal Board Medical; Order 43
- Proof of Australian working entitlement (e.g. birth certificate, passport or citizenship)
The qualifications/certificates desirable include:
- Licence to conduct high risk work with dogging, rigging, crane and work platform classifications will be highly regarded
- Working at Heights
- EWP
- Crane & Forklift certifications
- Dogging Ticket
- High Risk Licences all desirable
