The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
A position has become available for a Accommodation Utilisation Administrator role to work for a major Oil and Gas Company based in Perth WA.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

•Provide technical support for the Travel Accommodation Booking System (TABS), including minor system modifications.

•Provide accurate, quantifiable accommodation data in support of the Project, including management of the detailed accommodation spreadsheet.

•Provide regular accommodation reports to Project Directors, Senior Project Managers and the Execution Team in support of decision making for the 8000+ Project beds.

•Provide input to, and participate in regular meetings with the Governance Management Team (GMT) to support accommodation decision making.

•Provide administration support to the Operations Manager Infrastructure and Demand Planning teams.

•Provide backup support to the Accommodation Utilisation Supervisor as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Business certificate or High School Diploma

•2 years Administrative Assistant, 1 year Project experience, 1 year TABs / accommodation coordination experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Knowledge of TABS and Enable (ERMS); Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

•Planning and problem solving ability

•Strong time management and multi-tasking ability

•Personal Attributes

•Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

•Proactive problem solving approach

•Strong work ethic and focus on providing timely responses to requests

•Ability to interface on a 24 / 7 basis with BWI and ABU support teams, working overtime and weekends as required

•Strong attention to detail and quality focus

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with Senior Management
