The Company:
Our Client is engaged in front end studies, modifications to existing platforms operations and maintenance contracts, field decommissioning and removal. The company has some 2,200 employees. Field development with new platforms covering all engineering disciplines. Procurement, material administration and project management.

The Role:
• Be the responsible focal point for all issues related to the execution of the Contract or frame agreement
• Have overall management of the Clients account and ensure that our clients provides all of the services and support as defined by the contract.
• Identify and develop prospects that may arise and provide opportunities to increase our client's business with their client.
• Act as the Clients key management focal point for all of our client's capabilities, subsea systems, goods, technologies and services worldwide
• Manage the progress of projects and services with respect to commercial, technical, quality and safety issues.
• Ensure that the execution of the work scope meets the business and commercial objectives of our client and provide management reports and analysis related to budget, cost and revenue generation.
• Co-ordinate all activities and define priorities required to execute the contract, including the provision of service support, equipment etc. and ensure that effective change management processes are implemented.
• Prepare regular reports in accordance with the contractual obligations
• Prepare Client and company integrated work plan documents detailing project execution and delivery, resource planning, service provision and studies.
• Co ordinate the preparation of cost and schedule estimates required by Client.
• Communicate any issues regarding work scopes and performance to the Client and use the Customer Feedback process to capture, resolve and implement any required corrective actions and positive observations

To provide the Client with a Key contact within the designated business area, develop excellent relationships with the Client, and improve the account teams focus on Customer Satisfaction.
To provide clients a mechanism to enhance relationship and develop future business with allocated Clients.
To manage a dedicated team of competent staff responsible for executing all work-scopes requested by the Client, in accordance with our contractual obligations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role with an Oil and Gas service company
