The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
The post holder will be responsible for selling our robot product and customer service portfolio, such that we can secure additional value add business, find opportunities for additional sales of new robots and systems (within our overall strategy) and create, maintain and improve our market awareness, reputation and individual relationships. Development, growth & profitability of all business in portfolio within the defined customer groups, with specific focus on robot products and developing 3rd party integrators and machine builders. Responsibility for delivering Order & Margin targets as set and agreed.


• Own and drive business development plan for Accounts and territory.
• Developing customer base principally for Integrators and Machine Builders.
• Continuous implementation of our strategy.
• Build compelling value propositions.
• Build relationship and influence with Customers at all levels.
• Develop account plans in line with strategy.
• Identify and report market and competitor trends relevant to Customer/Industry.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Domain/industry/application experience in robot automation
• Strong Facilitator and negotiator
• Ability to identify and take sales opportunities
• Good communication skills at all levels
• Able to successfully interface with customers at all levels
• Strategic and value based selling
• Able to see different perspectives (e.g. Customer and System Integrators)
• Creative strategic thinker with good business planning and management skills
• Ability to transfer knowledge to others
• Strong organization and management reporting
• Motivator
