The Role:
Implement marketing plans and programs for Sadara's Polyurethanes products in alignment with Sadara’s strategic business plan and effectively manage product sales by maintaining a strategic portfolio of new and existing customers, increase the level of sales and generate new business lines within the corporate guidelines.

In order to effectively carry out their duties suitable candidates must have experience with Polyurethanes and also experience with the Middle East market.

1. Manage strategic accounts. Develop and maintain strong relation with all key steak holders.
2. Negotiate and timely book orders according to plan and forecast.
3. Develop a three months rolling sales forecast of the managed account(s).
4. Negotiate / Implement agreed upon product pricing in accordance to approved prices and inline to agreed upon business plan.
5. Participate in market research, market analysis and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities and propose marketing plan and activities accordingly.
6. Drive development and execution of successful product introduction.
7. Promote the right product mix to existing and prospective customers to meet their needs and enhance sales.
8. Participate actively in setting the annual marketing & sales plan and objectives.
9. Develop extensive knowledge of customers’ total needs and Sadara’s offerings to formulate account strategies and promote long term value creation.
10. Share business and industry intelligence with Sadara’s various organizations to help in the creation of sales strategy.
11. Participate in organizing marketing & sales events to create brand awareness and promote Sadara’s product with prospective customers.
12. Prepare sales analysis reports on a regular basis, underlining challenges and achievements and proposing action plans accordingly.
13. Coach and assist junior peers.
14. Demonstrate leadership capabilities internally and externally.
15. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.
