The Role:
1 65% Intercompany Accounting
• Prepare intercompany settlements; including outbound and inbound US$ wire transfers and verification of receipt of services &material, verification of price, quantity and work order or contract term.
• Prepare correspondence with other CVX companies
• Perform monthly XR reconciliation and other accounts related to intercompany transactions
• Prepare invoices and Tax invoices for Intercompany Transactions
• Records monthly entries for Intercompany Transactions in accordance with Thai regulations and US GAAP.
• Record VAT for Intercompany Transactions

2 15% Financial Close and Reporting.
• Prepare accruals recording
• Ensure JV and Sole activities are properly accounted for and reported.
• Revalue balance sheet accounts to determine and record monthly exchange gains and losses.
• Reconcile all of assigned accounts.

3 10% Work Order Processes
• Responsible for Work Order Processes from the time of Work Order is assigned
• Prepare and update Work Order Log ,arrange Work Order to be approved by Management and Partners and also follow up the status
• Prepare status information on all outstanding Work Order

4 5% Internal Control & SOX Compliance
• Perform SOX testing as required.
• Prepare and review Walk-through processes and flowchart on a regular basis to ensure that controls are in placed and comply with SOX requirement
• Proactively improve Intercompany processes to strengthening internal control and apply Best practice when available and practical.

5 5% Other
• Primary back-up for Supervisor.
• Performs necessary departmental office administrative supporting task such as photocopy documents, receiving and sending documents both for internal documents and external documents and also maintain documents filing.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience working in accounting job for at least 2 years
BA in Accounting
Good command in English both speaking and writing
Strong computer skill especially Microsoft Excel
