The Role:
1. Preparation of monthly and quarterly ASB and Consortium financial reports: Various expenditure reports, Balance sheet, Income statement, Tax Expenditure Statement, Cost Bank and other accompanying reports
2. Analysis of financial data, month-to-month trends, and comparison to plan and budget
3. Gross balance sheet processing in SAP
4. Abandonment cost process maintenance (calculation/support for monthly Funding/Payment notice to Abandonment Account Administrator and Co-Vs)
5. Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement extracts for Rosneft
6. Support for External Audits (Consortium, ASB, RF Accounting Chamber)
7. Preparation of financial information for quarterly entitlement forecast (crude price forecast using market basket approach, expenditures forecast)
8. Reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts (N-accounts, Loans and Deposit, Consortium bank account)
9. Back up for ASB/Consortium Reporting Analyst
10. Preparation of information for ad-hoc requests from ASB and Government agencies
11. To attend training programs and seminars, including computer-based programs;
12. To perform assignments in a safe and diligent manner, follow labor safety rules, timely inform the supervisor about any incidents, injuries, near misses and potential hazards at his/her working place or at others’ working places if witnessed.

1. Составление ежемесячных и ежеквартальных финансовых отчетов для УГО и членов Консорциума: Различные сметы расходов, Балансовый Отчет, Отчет о прибылях и убытках, Налоговый отчет о расходах, Банк Расходов и другие связанные отчеты
2. Анализ финансовых данных, тенденций развития из месяца в месяц, и сравнение с плановыми показателями.
3. Процессы обработки общих балансовых счетов в SAP
4. Поддержка процесса ведения учета ликвидационных расходов (расчет и уведомление Администратора Ликвидационного счета и участников Консорциума Сахалин-1)
5. Составление раз в месяц неполного Балансового Отчета и Отчета о прибылях и убытках для Роснефти
6. Оказание поддержки во время проведения Внешних Аудитов (Консорциума, УГО, Счетной палаты РФ)
7. Подготовка финансовой информации для расчета квартальных прогнозных показателей разделения продукции (прогноз цен на основании рыночной корзины, прогноз расходов)
8. Сверка отдельных счетов Балансового Отчета (N счета, Вклады и Займы, банковский счет Консорциума)
9. Замещать Аналитика Финансовой Отчетности по УГО/Консорциуму
10. Сбор информации для различных запросов от УГО и Правительственных агенств
11. Посещать все програмы обучения и семинары, включая программы проводимые на компьюетре.
12. Выполнять задания в безопасном и прилежном порядке, в соответствии с правилами трудовой безопасности, своевременно уведомлять начальника о любых случаях фактического или потенциального нанесения вреда на рабочем месте сотрудника.
13. Следовать правилам трудового распорядка
14. Соответствовать требованиям принципов деловой этики

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Higher education
4,5 GPA
Intermediate level of English
Experience as accountant or relevant

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
World accountant experience
Fluent English
Oil and gas experience
