The Role:
• Ensure accuracy of accounting, monthly (& quarterly) closing and financial reporting in compliance with Thailand GAAP
• Ensure compliance with Company's worldwide accounting procedures
• Monthly review and forecast of financial performances and analysis of variance
• Review Sales, Price Volume vs Plan, Capital Expenditure, Direct Expenses vs. Plan, Gross Margin, Average Selling Price and Overall Profitability
• Support business in product costing, customer contract review, price simulation, Business Model decision & monitor promotional spending.
• Support decision making in terms of providing pricing analysis & sensitivity, promotional & educational spending, productivity of sales team, and capital expenditure.
• Prepare Business Plan, conduct periodic review and revise Business Plan with Latest Thinking forecasts in consultation with Business and the support functions.
• Drive P&L accountability and deliver on financial commitments.
• Work with the Business team to ensure growth plans are validated and well supported with detailed analysis of market, country specific competitive environment.
• Ensure Policies and Procedures are updated and enforced across organization.
• Interact with cross sector Global Finance Service and to ensure that financial accounting and reporting are accurately and timely reported.
• Review and negotiation of Contracts with Distributors, suppliers and service providers.
• Update Business Leaders and functional teams on changes in tax regulation and legal laws.
• Ensure Tax returns are filed on time, advance tax, VAT and withholding tax are deducted and paid to tax office on due date.
• Manage cash flow and treasury including managing accounts receivables and overall cash position of Company Thailand.
• Ensure Thailand remains compliant in terms of Accounting, Contractual, Business Model, Distributors margin, Commercial Compliance with active support provided any Compliance of Company Group.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 8 -10 years' experience in both general accounting and finance business partnering roles, and minimum of 3 years' experience as Finance in a multinational company
• Experience in compliance requirements
• Strong inter-personal and negotiation skills
• Strong technical background to drive financial control processes
• Demonstrated success in business partnering
• Demonstrated team leadership to develop people & deliver business results
• Broad-based finance background, eg. Experience in specialist areas, a plus
• Professional accreditation: CA / CPA is preferred
• Technology Skills - MS Office, ERP (Accpac)
