The Company:
My client, a leading energy supplier is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team in Runcorn. This is offered on a contract basis for 6 months and looking for a candidate to start ASAP.

The Role:
• The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for creating Customer invoices, in compliance with the clients requirements financial policies and procedures.

• Processing invoice requests, along with other general Account Receivables duties

• Creating Customer invoices

• Resolving Customer queries efficiently and accurately, by email and phone

• Developing customer relationships with internal customers

• Ensuring the appropriate controls are followed in order to maintain the quality and integrity of financial information to comply with auditing requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and processing a high volume of invoices
• Working knowledge of and an ability to interrogate Navision preferable
• Experience working to deadlines with an attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Strong IT/computer skills with intermediate MS Excel
• Good communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and adjust to different working environments and clients’ needs
