The Role:
• Invoice processing and related administrative functions
• Facilitating the internal invoice approval process
• Identifying and resolving supplier queries
• Supplier account reconciliation
• Review of the aged creditors listing
• Administering and processing employee expenses
• Raising and posting of journals
• Supplier master data administration
• Balance sheet account reconciliations
• Support the timewriting and cost allocation processes
• Assisting with intercompany recharges and reconciliations
• Support the month end close process

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year finance experience (preferably with some exposure to an Accounts Payable or Financial Accounting function)
• SAP experience desirable
• Microsoft Office experience (including Excel to an intermediate level)
• Organised & able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
• Proactive with an ability and willingness to improve on current finance processes
• Confident and clear communication
• Motivated to progress and develop as a finance professional
