The Role:
• Processing supplier invoices and dealing with supplier queries
• Processing daily bank postings and preparing short term cash forecasting
• Performing periodic payment runs to 3rd party suppliers and in respect of employee expenses
• Raising monthly intercompany sales invoices and arranging subsequent settlement
• General office administration (including filing, scanning and dealing with mail)
• Other ad hoc finance & office related tasks where applicable
Experience of intercompany recharges would be a distinct advantage.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Our Client is looking for a service orientated individual, with a good attention to detail and a minimum of 2 years’ experience of Purchase Ledger activity is essential. Education to HNC level would be beneficial and the salary for this level would be around £25k per annum, along with the normal staff benefits of health care, dental cover and pension scheme.
