The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
We are seeking an Activity Planner who will be responsible for the development of fully resourced work orders to achieve the short term operations plan. The Activity Planner will provide key information to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include: 
• Providing technical support to development of SAP PM Business processes during the Pre-Operations phase
• Providing activity detail on behalf of the Operations team for inclusion into the Integrated Operations Plan in the initial phases
• Liaising with peer Activity Planners within Offshore, Shutdown and Campaign Maintenance groups, ensuring transparency in both short and long term plans
• Ensuring SAP PM Data quality is kept at the highest standard from work order generation through to technical closure.
• Active involvement in all aspects of Work Order Management processes including resource allocation, Material allocation, Task List creation, Maintenance Plan reviews, ensuring all CMMS generated work orders are fully planned prior to scheduling
• Promoting continuous improvement by utilizing Business processes associated with changes to SAP Master Data and planning resource tools such as Task Lists and procedures.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Technical trade or engineering Diploma in Mechanical/Instrument/Electrical
• Strong background in the Onshore Oil and Gas Industry with experience in a Planning role
• Experience in use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, SAP PM, Primavera and, or other scheduling tools
• Strong interpersonal skills in fostering teamwork and collaboration.
