The Role:
Billeting & Travel Support Administrative Assistant will support the Kuparuk field with day to day travel to/from the Slope that includes maintaining work schedules for workers and billeting support.
• Provides general administrative support to a department, group of professionals, or individual.
• Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.
• Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
• Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
• Usually works on generalized routine assignments that do not require a broad knowledge of the corporate organization.
• Duties typically include typing reports, correspondence, copy, answering the phone, and scheduling.
• Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.

Essential Functions:
• Maintain travel schedules to include permanent and adhoc changes, filing and general administrative duties, including personnel billeting at 1 to 4 camp sites.
• Provide necessary reports to supervisors, housekeeping and Security.
• Boeing dispatch of 7 weekly flights safely and accurately.

Knowledge & Critical Skills/Expertise:
• Speak effectively with supervisor, contractor representatives, clients, and other employees.
• Carry out instructions in writing, orally or in diagram form.
• Strong people skills and the ability to work in a diverse cultural environment.
• Must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with contractors, client, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Must be well organized and demonstrate the ability to perform in a proficient manner the assigned duties.
• Be able to work with little or no supervision in completing the required tasks.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 7 years’ experience in administrative duties and billeting.
• 5-7 years experience with coordinating Travel
• Typically requires three to five years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Working knowledge of iLogistics program preferred
• Slope experience preferred, rotational schedule.
• Computer skills working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• must posses a Valid Driver’s License.
• NSTC Card
• Ability to type 50 words per minute.
