The Role:
To perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Executive Assistant.

- Assist staff with administrative duties as requested mainly assisting in Expense validation in the system, on boarding of new staff etc.
- Meeting room bookings, video conference bookings
- Competing the external meeting room booking, hotel bookings
- Liaising with logistics team for travellers to other locations
- Provide information by answering questions or requests
- Maintain accurate daily accounting of expenses
- Assist wirth completion of necessary statistical reports as requested.
- Compile statistical information as required
- Type and word process documents as needed
- Update and maintain mailing lists
- Produce mailing labels and reports as requested
- Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and leadership team
- Facilitate special event registration and execution

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years clerical or administrative experience
- Reporting skills, administrative writing skills, typing skills, Microsoft Office skills, Mamaging processes, organization, analyzing information, professionalism, problem solving, inventory control, verbal communication.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Demonstrated ability to work independantly and as a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of general office machines and telephone systems
