The Company:
Our client is a global owner operating company looking for an outgoing and experience individual to join their team.
This candidate must reside in Peace River

The Role:
The successful assistant will have administrative and secretarial experience within the oil and gas industry.
The successful Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
-Maintaining the daily appointment calendar for the engineering team members including meetings, report deadlines, travel & lodgings.
-Compiling information in preparation of meetings, reports and budgets.
-Answering telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, relaying messages and providing information in accordance with organizational policy.
-Completing a variety of word processing tasks including letters, memorandums and reports in an accurate and efficient fashion.
-Assisting in preparation and distribution of monthly reports and correspondence.
-Preparing visual presentations either in overhead or electronic format.
-Proof reading and makes change recommendations to work-processed documents.
-Establishing and maintains electronic/hard copy files and records.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The successful Administrative Assistant will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
This secretarial support must have experience on a number of computer systems including, but limited to Outlook, Excel, Microsoft programs etc.
