The Company:
Our client is a major Oil & Gas Operator

The Role:
Job Description:
• Book travel
• Schedule meeting rooms
• Assist with expense reporting
• Arrange catering
• Schedule training (as needed)
• Manage procurement requests for IT
• Manage Pool of Loan Laptops using tool on Sharepoint
• Help with some backend maintenance work on SharePoint access logs, app gateway id renewals etc.
• Process procurement request for new software and hardware
• Submit material request forms to procurement team
• Send out a list of required training (IRM, Data Privacy, POL, etc. ) and if needed reminders to new employees
• Prepare translation for the IT/IM Communications to the project
• Prepare translation for the IT/IM processes and procedures

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Specific Candidate Skills: Higher education. Strong admin skills
Languages: English - advanced;
Advanced Computer User/Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Visio.
Personality: ability to perform multifunctional tasks, good communication skills."
