The Role:
Only candidates who already have the rights to work in Azerbaijan will be considered for this role


• Organise meetings and events on behalf of the SCPX Pipeline Project Manager and team. Logistical responsibility for all meetings both internal and external (venue/room, issuing Agenda, inviting attendees and monitoring responses). Attend meetings (as required) produce action tracking spreadsheet which records actions of the meeting.
• Arrange / complete all travel arrangements including hotels, taxis / cars, flights and visas.
• Track team actions, supporting team performance with respect to timely closure.
• Prepare and edit various documents in Word; prepare and edit presentation slides; prepare and edit spreadsheets in Excel; prepare and issue documents within DocuSign.
• Co-ordinate the registering, tracking, and approval of change management documentation,
• Co-ordinate the registering, tracking, and approval of contactor query, deviation, and concession documentation.
• Arranging site visit of Project visitors according to the Site Visit Project Procedure
• Carry out general administrative tasks, filing, photo copying etc.
• Assisting other departments/groups as required
• Prepare materials in relation to upcoming appointments, meetings, conferences or external visits well in advance of the event.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS & KEY BEHAVIOURS
• Strong verbal & written communications skills.
• Competent in communicating in English both written and spoken.
• Ability to work on own initiative and be a team player.
• Good inter-personal skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office 2010 applications.
• Demonstrated teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
• Exceptionally well organised; strong work ethics and willingness to work hard to achieve objectives.
• Highly self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Fast learner motivated by new challenges.
• Ability to work under the pressure.
• Ability to work in large group of Project personnel.
• Ability to work with personnel at all levels

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum: General education.
• English and Azerbaijani Language skills.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
University Degree preferable.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles
