The Role:
- Support Office Administration Manager in all aspects of office administration including supervising receptionist and maids.
- Provide operational excellence for office servicing, beverages, stationeries and office supplies inventory, etc.
- Responsible for provision and maintenance of office equipments
- Implement and update the office admin data on the system.
- Control all of admin documents related to all expenses/purchases occurred under office admin responsibilities.
- Maintain and update filling systems both hard copies and electronic files.
- Yearly renew all government documents related to office admin responsibilities, i.e. company asset and property tax.
- Supervise the receptionists and backup when needed.
- Carry out and be responsible for the efficient day-to-day routine administrative tasks and other tasks as assigned including
- Support internal communication.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience in office administration
- Well developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work independently and in a multicultural and demanding working environment
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge in SAP R/3 is preferred
