The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Provide general technical administration support for Partner Audits
• Assist with maintaining the Partner Audit Plan and managing audit teams.
• Facilitate the Audit scheduling and requirements at site.
• Assist with maintaining Audit Findings / Actions. Maintain the action register for Site Management Team. Compile and issue action item status reports (Essential Suite reporting, CHESM actions, etc.).Prompt action parties for timely closure of action items.
• Tracking process and assurance compliance for the site team Provide general technical administration support to the Gorgon Site Project Leadership Team, including:
• Document Management and Document Management, including: Word processing, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat), PDF services, photocopying, filing, binding, laminating, etc. Work to be accurate and required under tight deadlines. Use of Document Management System and Tracking system for all correspondence, reports, CDs, transmittals and presentations to internal and external parties. Assist with formatting reports, presentations, letters and any other required documents. Issue and distribute correspondence, presentations, CDs, reports and any other required documents.
• Contract Administration: Maintaining summary of Contract information and copies of key Contracts. Collate monthly contracts data / info for monthly reports (cost dashboard, EPCM, etc.)
• Project Meetings and Leadership Team reporting: Assist with compiling Project Controls data from various sources and formatting reports / presentations to reflect key Contractor performance; EPCM monthly meeting Weekly KPI reporting
• Key Reporting: Assist with compiling milestone charts. Assist with preparation of presentations to external groups. Interface co-ordination and assistance, including;
• Risk review meetings
• Monthly Interface Group Performance meeting Living on a rotation basis working with a back to back. Many interfaces with various groups.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• College
• At least 5 years HR/Senior Administration
• Expertise in data base administration, power point and reporting.
• Data base’s and fluency in Power point, Excell, Viso, etc
• Good communicator, well respected, team player and attention to detail.
