The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide.

The Role:
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality control checks of data received,
Processing of Correspondence and Data from Internal and External Sources.
Filing of Electronic and Paper based copies of documentation, including coding in line with project requirements, including periodic archiving of files.
Liaison with contractors (predominantly on a quality control / deadline control basis) and occasional contact with clients.
All work to be carried out in accordance with project procedures and processes.
Attendance at regular teleconference meetings and occasional (currently 2 per year) Project Safety Days.
Cover of other administrative staff duties during their absence (following suitable training/handover).
Must be team focussed but able to work without intensive supervision.
Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy when dealing with data and documents is required.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Typically BTEC qualified with experience in a clerical or secretarial support role. Secretarial and non-technical clerical support staff.
