The Company:
Our client is one of the world's largest integrated energy companies conducting business in countries all around the globe. They are engaged in every aspect of the crude oil & natural gas industry, including exploration & production, manufacturing, marketing & transportation, chemicals manufacturing & sales, geothermal, power generation, renewables & advanced technologies.

The Role:
- Acting as focal point for all administration matters, including:
* Organising internal meetings/teleconferences/videoconferences
* Meeting preparation and electronic document storage
* Support other contracts staff in arranging external stakeholder events
* Responsible for arrangements/events management of departmental away-days and team-building events
* Attend contracts meetings, record outcomes and action plans
* Administration of expense claims
* Follow up on appointments and arrangements scheduled in the department
* Contact with Business Partners, incl. screening, prioritising and action on issues developing, especially in the Manager's absence
