The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Administrative Support Arrange travel and prepare travel itineraries, visas and accommodation for the team. Arrange meetings, manage diaries, meeting rooms and conference/tele presence facilities. Arrange Notary visits and support the meeting as required. Deal with incoming post, emails and telephone calls, responding as required. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, customers, suppliers, visitors .Maintain the Minutes Register/Minute Books/Company Registers. Manage incoming and outgoing post/courier packages. Manage stationery and equipment supplies. Manage the departmental physical filing system including off-site storage. Manage quarterly reporting to Deloitte and TML Manage the allocation of desk/car park space in HQ. Manage work experience/work placement candidates Process Expense claims for members of the team Provide general secretarial and administration support. Support Photocopying/Scanning/Printing documents as required. Support, on a monthly basis, the preparation and distribution of hard and soft copy Board, Audit and Security Committee Meeting Packs. Support the team in maintaining group company information and structure charts. Support the team in preparation of presentations/documents/transaction bibles. Support the team in setting-up new starters . Support the maintenance of the OGC Website and collaboration sites. Support the team by attending meetings and taking minutes as required. Support management of finance

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* A highly motivated, energetic and pro-active individual with excellent people skills
* Able to forge excellent cross-functional relationships and communicate succinctly at senior leadership level
* Confident and with excellent inter-personal skills, able to work with the minimum of supervision and able to escalate appropriately when required
* Able to work as part of a dedicated team, to take instruction, and to work pro-actively
* A high level of IT literacy with proven knowledge of MS Office tools and techniques, Word, Excel and Power point
* Ideally, a working knowledge of Google Mail, Calendar and Docs
* Maintain the Company Secretarial Database (Blueprint) and run reports as required
* Manage the TCS Board App

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in typing lengthy, detailed documentation to a high standard
Location- initially Whitley may need to go to Gaydon once or twice a week.
