Our Client is an independent Australian oil and gas company with a global presence playing a key role in supplying energy to our region.

They are one of the world’s leading producers of liquefied natural gas, helping meet the demands for cleaner energy from Japan, China, Korea and other countries in the Asia Pacific region.

The Role:
An opportunity has arisen or an Administration Assistant to join a leading Oil and Gas Operator for a six month contract. A key part of the role is assist the office manager along with the administration team.

•Calendar management for Producing Assets and Forecasting Team, including Leadership Team members
•Collating pre-read materials and printing as requested by Producing Assets and Forecasting.
•Assisting with preparation and formatting of presentations, documents, spreadsheets as requested.
•General administration for teams as requested, which may include, workshop notes, leave rosters, booking TBOSIET courses, desk planning and updating floor plan, maintaining team’s organisational charts and focal point duties, Information management.
•Onboarding of new staff, Graduates, Vacation Students
•PPE Ordering
•Focal Point Information Management, SAP, DMS, Timewriting.
•SAP and PLAN updating and reporting
•Reconciliation of expenses in Fraedom.
•Data dispersal process and transmittals.
•My Timesheet: Responsible for individual time writing and focal point for Producing Assets and Forecasting.
•Event Coordination – Planning days, volunteers days, workshops away days morning tea celebrations
•Support to other administrators in the RESM in line with Compass values.
•Attending monthly admin knowledge and networking sessions.
•Attending Weekly Team LT, Forecasting Team Meetings which may include minute taking and agenda updated and action lists follow-up
•Remain within catering and gift guidelines
•Assist other administrators in time of heavy workloads.
