The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Provide general administration support.

Duties include:
• Document Management including:
• Word processing, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat), PDF services, photocopying, filing, binding, laminating, etc. Work to be accurate and required under tight deadlines
• Assist with formatting reports, presentations, letters and any other required documents.
• Issue and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports and any other required documents
• Prepare and compile training materials for workshops and courses as required
• Compilation of data in excel spreadsheets for graphing and analysis
• Coordinate travel
• Coordinate meetings by assisting in the preparation of documentation, making venue and room bookings, organizing catering, and acting as scribe
• Assist with venue arrangements and preparation of presentation material
• Maintain team leave / out of office calendar and contacts in Outlook
• Compile and update the Office Handbook for new starters and general reference.
• Request building access for external visitors (from other business units).
• Provide general office support to team members and other administrative assistants and assist with general office housekeeping e.g. stationery supplies, logged calls for faults/safety concerns , attention to general tidiness and order to shared resources and other duties as required.
• Support Senior Admin & Technical Assistant on an as required basis
• Assisting in establishment and maintenance of Corporate Government registers with Document control,
data management, record keeping and Assist in transfer and conversion of data formats between key applications
• Coordinate office requirements, including office moves, stationery orders and office equipment purchases and repairs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good communications skills, organised,attention to detail, friendly, ability to work in a team as well as independently and ability to meet deadlines.
